Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Ques Marketing Agency LLC (“we,” “us,” “QCMA”) handles information when you use the Ques Content Monetizer Aid web app and the QCMA Chrome extension (together, the “Service”). We built the Service to help creators research YouTube content and grow their channels. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run it, and we never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, your basic Google profile (name, email). Authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication.
- Your saved activity. We store the niche searches you save, videos you star, and your trial/subscription status in Google Firestore, tied to your account.
- AI Coach messages. Questions you send to the in-app AI Coach are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to generate a reply. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
- Payment status. Subscriptions are processed by Gumroad. We do not receive or store your card details — only whether your subscription is active.
- Extension settings. The Chrome extension stores your license key and backend address locally in your browser (Chrome storage). On-page video analysis is performed locally in your browser. When you run a niche scan, your search term and license key are sent to our backend to fetch results.
- Technical logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to operate and secure the Service.
How we use information
- To provide the Service — sign you in, run research, show results, and power the AI Coach.
- To manage your free trial and subscription access.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.
YouTube API Services
The Service uses YouTube API Services to fetch public YouTube data. By using the Service you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your use of Google/YouTube data is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. You can review or revoke QCMA’s access to your Google account at any time via the Google security settings page.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make the Service work:
- Google Firebase & YouTube (Privacy Policy)
- Cloudflare (Privacy Policy)
- Gumroad (Privacy Policy)
Data retention & your choices
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at the address below, and we will delete your account data promptly. You can also uninstall the extension at any time, which removes its locally stored settings.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
